We are a full-service accounting firm providing tax compliance and planning services to individuals, business owners, non-profit organizations, trusts, and estates from our offices in Norwich, Vermont. Established in 2015, the firm grew out of the merger of Karen Kayen, MBA, CPA and Suzanna Liepmann, CPA, and provides tax compliance and planning services, IRS and state audit support, notice resolution, bookkeeping assistance, and financial statement preparation.
